[ONGOING] 9/23/24: Citi Branded Credit Cards returning a 102 error
We are currently seeing an issue with Citi Branded Credit Cards (Best Buy, Home Depot, Macy's, Sears, Shell, etc.) returning a 102 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
If you're experiencing this issue in Quicken Simplifi, we suggest waiting 24-48 hours and trying again. You can also try outside of peak hours for a higher chance of success. If the error persists for more than 48 hours straight, please contact our Support Team.
