NEW 11/11/24: Multiple FI's - Account Balance & Missing Transactions Issues
We are currently seeing an issue with multiple financial institutions in Quicken Simplifi where balances are being updated ahead of transactions downloading or transactions are being double-counted toward the balance for a period of time. The balance discrepancy and/or missing transactions typically resolve with the next refresh with the bank, but may take up to a couple of days to clear up.
This issue has been escalated internally. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
