[RESOLVED] 11/14/24: John Hancock Retirement Plan Services returns a 102 error

We are currently seeing an issue with John Hancock Retirement Plan Services returning a 102 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
