[RESOLVED] 1/17/25: Issue with Linking Finicity Accounts

We are currently seeing an issue where users are unable to link existing Finicity accounts in Quicken Simplifi due to the "link to" option missing. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
If you have any Finicity-connected accounts in Quicken Simplifi, we recommend that you do not disconnect the account for any reason for the duration of this issue, as you will not be able to re-link it.

This Alert has been updated and the issue is set to be fixed with the release of Quicken Simplifi Web version 4.50.0.

RESOLVED 3/12/25
Web version 4.50.0 has been released, and this issue should no longer be occurring for Finicity connections.
