[ONGOING] 04/22/25: Wells Fargo - Missing Accounts

We are seeing an issue with Wells Fargo customers attempting to add accounts in Quicken Simplifi. After signing in with their credentials, the missing account will typically be present and available to authorize, but when they are directed back to Quicken Simplifi, the account is not in the Add Account window. Users may see a "You already added all of your accounts" error message. It is also possible that the account may already be connected, but transactions are not being downloaded. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
