Yearly reminders pushed out until next year, or changed to monthly reminders

Id like to follow-up on this again. After some additional time using the app and using the Spending Plan as you suggested, this still isn’t giving me what I need. For example, I have annual HOA dues and vehicle taxes that are due every January.
When I first started using the app, I setup ALL of my recurring monthly and annual bills in the app. These bills that I mentioned have to be paid between January 1 - January 30. I set them up as a reminder for every January 1 so that I have a look ahead for the month and the flexibility to pay them anytime through the month. As I am doing my bills today, I no longer see either of these bills. They are not shown in my Spending Plan or in the Upcoming View as a past due payment. I did go to Recurring, and it now shows both bills as due next year, even though I haven’t paid this year.
So now I am finding that the app is not all encompassing and I have to set up reminders outside of the app because the app isn’t keeping all of my reminders and bills after that two week period that I initially told you about. This is upsetting because I had high hopes that this would be THE financial app and that I would no longer need to be tied to my computer to use Quicken Desktop. I also spent a lot of time setting the app up so that I have all of my bills, subscriptions, and reminders in here.
Additionally, while checking the Recurring section in the mobile app, it appears that all of my annual recurring bills have changed to monthly instead of annual. I have to go to the desktop to fix it because the mobile app will not allow you to have a zero dollar amount in a reminder. (I use zero when I don’t know how much something will cost me year to year.)
Lastly, I am finding that all of my recurring bills are not always matching up when they are posted to the app. I have to manually match them.
Sadly, if these issues aren’t fixed, I may have to find another financial app. What may seem as minor issues can cause me (and others) to miss a bill. I shouldn’t have to keep a separate bill reminder outside of the app just because the app can’t keep up with all reminders, which is what I am finding that I have to do.0 -

Thank you for posting to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these difficulties with your Recurring Reminders in Simplifi.
Do you have screenshots that you can provide, by chance, so that I can get this behavior reported? It would be really helpful to see a screenshot of the Reminders that got skipped until next year, including the History at the bottom showing that there were no transactions for this year that got linked to the Reminder. It would also be helpful to see a screenshot of the yearly Reminders that are now set to monthly.

Just to clarify everything, the Recurring Series for vehicle taxes and for the HOA dues were originally set up as yearly for January, however, this January you noticed that not only were the Reminders skipped, but that both Series had reset themselves to monthly, correct?
Also, in regards to the third issue, do you have a screenshot that you can provide of the Recurring Series for the January 26th Reminders that are not being displayed in Upcoming? If so, please send that the same way as the others, and I think that's all that I need to get these issues reported.

That is correct for the recurring series for one of the vehicle taxes and for the HOA dues that were originally set up as yearly for January. The other two vehicle taxes are scheduled for April. They all rest themselves to monthly. The Jan vehicle tax and HOA reminders were skipped. This was in the mobile app.
I included the screenshots for the third issue. If you didn't receive them, I can send them again. It should be screenshots 5, 6, and 7. You will see Jan 29 and not Jan 26 because they dropped off.
I use the web app also. The third issue occurs in the web app. The recurring reminders being skipped occur in the web app. I can't account for the yearly being set to monthly just yet in the web app. I reset those reminders in my phone app today and didn't check first.

In regards to the screenshots, I received all of them, and for 5, 6, and 7, all those ones show me is that the Reminder is being skipped in your Upcoming and in your Spending Plan. I need a screenshot of the actual Recurring Series, showing that it's set for the 26th. It looks like 6 and 7 may be almost a duplicate, so maybe there was a mishap in sending.
Also, just to make sure that I have everything fully lined out for my Product Team, you then have three Recurring Series for vehicle taxes, correct?

I do have additional information to report. In regard to the annual reminders in the mobile app that we discussed, I was able to see their behavior in the web app. After I changed all of the monthly's back to annual in the mobile app, I looked in the web app and they were set to "custom" instead of "yearly."
