[RESOLVED] 1/29/21: Adding accounts to Simplifi resulting in a 500 error

We are currently seeing an issue where Users are receiving a "Request failed with status code 500" error in Simplifi when attempting to add accounts. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

At this time, we're asking that anyone who's receiving this error in Simplifi when attempting to add accounts, please wait 24 hours and then attempt to add the account(s) once again.

    This Alert has been marked as resolved, and everyone should be able to add their accounts to Simplifi as expected.
