UPDATED 3/3/21: [ONGOING] 2/24/21: Fidelity blocking connection traffic

We are currently seeing an issue with Fidelity blocking connection traffic. During the block, Users may receive an error, or be unable to add or update accounts with Fidelity in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected. In the meantime, we recommend that User's attempt to add or update their Fidelity accounts outside of peak hours.

    This Alert has been updated with a suggestion to attempt to add or update accounts with Fidelity outside of peak hours, or over the weekend. This seems to allow Users to successfully add or update their Fidelity accounts in Simplifi more frequently.
