[RESOLVED] 2/24/21: Balance mismatch for Loan Accounts

We are currently seeing an issue with loan accounts displaying an incorrect balance in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    RESOLVED 3/8/21

    This issue appears to be resolved as of the 2.21.0 release, however, if you continue to see a balance mismatch on any loan accounts, please be sure to reset the account connection by following the steps outlined here.
