[RESOLVED] 2/26/21: Bug causing some User's accounts to not download transactions

We are currently seeing an issue where some User's accounts are not downloading transactions. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected. In the meantime, it seems that resetting the connection will force transactions to download.
