[RESOLVED] 3/24/21: Issue with duplicate transactions downloading

We are currently seeing an issue where transactions that were downloaded into Simplifi between 3/16/2021 and 3/23/2021 may be duplicated. If you're seeing this issue, we advise that you go ahead and delete the duplicates. The steps to delete a transaction in Simplifi may be found here.

    We've received some reports of the transactions downloading once more after the initial deletion. However, they don't appear to be redownloading once deleted again, so we are asking that Users go ahead and delete the duplicates a second time, if the issue re-occurs.
