[RESOLVED] 3/29/21: Citibank returns a 102/105 error

We are seeing a rise in 102 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Citibank in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    We are also seeing a rise in 105 errors being reported for Citibank; this Alert has been updated to include the 105 errors, in addition to the 102 errors.
