Alphabetical Category/Tag Sorting Should Ignore Emoji‑Prefixed Values (edited)

I like to prefix certain account names and top-level categories with emojis as it helps to visually identify what I'm looking for quickly. However, prefixing values ibreaks alphabetical sorting everywhere in Quicken. Category and tag lists in "Categories & tags" and all reports should ignore prefixed emojis to keep alphabetical sorting intact.
