Can’t add T-Mobile to billing option

Tried several times to connect billing to my T-Mobile account and it fails

    Thank you for taking the time to post to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting T-Mobile as a Biller in Simplifi.

    I'm not seeing any known issues for T-Mobile -- would you mind providing a bit more detail on what specifically is occurring? First, which option are you selecting from the list of Billers to attempt to connect to T-Mobile? Do you receive an error message, have trouble with an MFA request, etc.? A step-by-step description of what's occurring would be great!

    I select T-Mobile.com from the offered selections.  It asks me to login which I do using my credentials.  It takes a while about a minute and then says the request has timed out and “make sure you can login on this biller’s website and then try again.  I then signin to the site and works fine.  The screen then shows T-Mobile and asking to me to sign in and click the link account button, then I get the same message to make sure I can sign in to the billers site.

    Thank you for your patience as this issue is being worked on!

    It looks like we've received a response from our Biller Service Provider stating that they're working on some known issues that are occurring with T-Mobile and that the connection should be fixed and available again at some point in the future (no ETA).

    With that being said, would you mind attempting to connect to T-Mobile as a Biller in Simplifi once again and let me know how it goes, please? Thanks! :smile:
