[RESOLVED] 5/19/21 American Express returning FDP-104 error when adding or updating accounts.

We're seeing a rise with user reporting that they are receiving a FDP-104 when updating or attempting to add their American express accounts. We're currently working with American Express to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.
