RESOLVED 6/3/21 Ctitbank connected accounts returning Error code 102 & 105

Hi all, 
We're currently receiving an increase with users reporting that they receive an error code of either FDP/CC -102 or FDP/CC- 105. We're currently working with Citibank to have this corrected as soon as possible however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.
