Not receiving any notifications from Simplifi in any form


I started using Simplifi a while ago and I'm loving the product. However I've noticed that I've never received any notifications from Simplifi (mobile push or email) even enough I have a number of notifications turned on. For example, I have enabled notifications for recurring income, uncategorized transactions, monthly summary etc. Even though the criteria for those notifications were met, I have not received any notifications for them. For email, I made sure nothing went to spam and for mobile, I made sure all the settings were correct. 

Any help would be appreciated!
