Capital One not [downloading] pending transactions

Simplifi won't import transactions from Capital One until they clear, at which point they show up right away. This started happening I think around a week or two ago, and only happens with capital one. My other cards from Amex and Chase import every transaction almost immediately. 

Also, not sure if it's related but Capital One always takes a few days to import any transaction, including checking and savings accounts. This has been happening for a few months.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community!

    I've noticed the same issue with my pending transactions from Capital One, and have already gotten this reported to our Product Team. They believe that it may be due to us using Capital One's API to connect, however, it is being investigated.

    I will be sure to post back here as soon as I receive an update! :smiley:

    Hello All,

    Thank you all for your patience as this was being researched!

    We've heard back from our Service Provider on this, and it looks like pending transactions are unfortunately unavailable to download from Capital One due to using their API to connect.

    Sorry I don't have better news!
