[RESOLVED] 6/24/21: Pentagon Federal Credit Union returns a 103 error

We are seeing a rise in 103 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Pentagon Federal Credit Union in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

If you're receiving this error in Simplifi, we suggest navigating to the bank's website and choosing "Update Contact Information" from the 'Update Profile' section. Here, you'll want to enter the email address you would prefer to receive contacts from Pentagon Federal Credit Union at and click "Continue Update". Once done, sign out of their website and attempt to connect in Simplifi once again.
