Can someone tell me the difference between deleting a series and ending one? What is the impact of doing one versus the other and what is the use case of doing one versus the other? Thanks...

    Hello @Mike T,

Thank you for taking the time to post your inquiry to the Community!

'End Series' can be used for items that have ended, such as a loan that you've paid off, as it will retain all of the historical data for that Series while discontinuing the Reminders. Deleting a Recurring Series will completely remove the Series, so you would not be able to go back and view the information contained within that Series.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any questions!

    Hello @Mike T,

Lol, I'm just the one that takes care of our Community, and I'm very happy to do so! :sunglasses:

What I'm referring to on the historical data is that you're able to see all of the transactions that have been linked to a Series over time by viewing the Series. The best way to view a Series is to navigate to Settings>Recurring and then select the Series that you'd like to view; here you'll see a "History" section at the bottom:

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any further questions!

Seems that you are the one that answers everything I post -- you must have lost a bet or drawn the short straw!  :)

One thing I was not sure of....what "historical info" is being referred to?  Isn't a series just a reminder every month that eventually gets linked to a transaction when it's downloaded?  It was not clear to me what historical data is contained in that.  Thanks... Mike T
