FDP-101 error with Citi

    I have also been experiencing the FDP-101 error for weeks. I finally got around to calling days ago and I was told to wait another day to see if it cleared. However, several days have passed and it has yet to clear.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Citi in Simplifi. 

    To clarify, are you receiving the error on existing accounts, or when attempting to connect to Citi in Simplifi for the first time? If this is occurring on existing accounts, how long have you been receiving the FDP-101 error, and what is the name of the account(s) as it/they appear in Simplifi? If this is occurring when attempting to connect for the first time, what is the option that you're selecting from the bank list when adding the account(s)?
