[RESOLVED] 7/14/21: Ally Bank returns a 103 error

We are seeing a rise in 103 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Ally Bank in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    If you're receiving a 103 error when attempting to add your update your Ally Bank accounts in Simplifi, you'll want to be sure that the password used when signing in on the bank's website does not contain any special characters.

    If your password does contain special characters, we recommend navigating to Ally Bank's website and updating your password to exclude any special characters, and then navigating back to Simplifi to update your password there.
