[RESOLVED] 7/21/21: Issue with transactions not downloading and/or clearing

We are currently seeing an issue where transactions are not downloading or clearing in Simplifi, but the balance is correct. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

If you're experiencing an issue with your transactions not downloading or clearing in Simplifi, we suggest performing an account reset by following the steps outlined here, as doing so should allow any missing transactions to download.
