Cannot connect to USAA as biller

Tried to connect to USAA as a biller for my insurance. It does not work. I get through entering my second-factor code that gets sent to my cell phone, but after that it never connects. It asks once again for my username/password credentials.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to USAA as a Biller.
To clarify, the process of linking is sending you in a loop, correct? This is what I'm seeing from our end as far as your USAA Biller goes, and it does show that it's synced (please note that we do not offer bill paying services):
Based on the provided note, you may consider checking into changing your authentication method to 'Device Recognition with Security Question' to see if that helps to clear things up. Otherwise, it would be very helpful if you could please grab screenshots, or even a screen recording, of what occurs when attempting to link to USAA as a Biller, so that my Team can see what's occurring.
