Couple Mobile App Errors

1.  Often times goals will show as blank on the mobile app while showing fine on the desktop.

2.  On a bill that is set to happen once a year on the desktop it shows fine.  On the mobile app the reoccuring transaction when you go to it in settings shows that its monthly.

    Thank you for taking the time to report these issues to the Community, although I apologize that you're experiencing this behavior on the Mobile App.

    In regards to Savings Goals being blank, are you referring to the entire page being blank (i.e. your Savings Goals are missing entirely), or are the tiles for your Goals blank, or is the data contained within the Goal blank? Also, does this occur all of the time or intermittently? You may consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Mobile App to see if doing so helps to clear things up for you.

    In regards to 'Yearly' Reminders displaying as 'Monthly' on the Mobile App, it looks like this is a known issue that's already been reported. I did go ahead and add your information to the Bug Ticket and will be sure to post back as soon as I receive an update.

    Please let me know how it goes with the uninstall/reinstall! :smiley:

  • Uninstall and Reinstall did fix the goals not having any money being contributed to them.

    Thanks for your patience as the issue with Yearly Reminders is being worked on!

    It looks like a fix for this is scheduled with the 3.9.0 Mobile Release -- please be sure to let me know if you continue to see an issue after that time! :smile:

  • just upgraded and the bug is still there.  also did a reinstall and same thing

    It looks like the fix for this has actually been pushed out to the 3.10.0 Mobile Release; sorry about that! Please be sure to let me know if you continue to see the issue after that time. :blush:
