UPDATED 5/12/22: [ONGOING] 8/3/21: Citibank and Citi Cards returns a 102 error

We are seeing a rise in 102 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Citibank and Citi Cards in Simplifi, mostly during the mornings. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected. In the meantime, we do recommend attempting to add or update the accounts later on in the day.

    Sadly, it appears that we are seeing a larger increase in reports of 102 errors with Citibank and Citi Cards as of this morning, and the issue is now impacting connectivity throughout all hours of the day.
