Citi Card not showing up

I have 3 citi cards all on the same login. 2 of them are showing up when I sync, but the third one is not. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to add one of your Citi Card accounts to Simplifi.
To clarify, how long has this issue been occurring? Also, what option are you selecting from the bank list when attempting to add the account?
We do also have an ongoing Alert for Citi that suggests attempting to connect later on in the day: https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/2007/new-8-3-21-citibank-and-citi-cards-returns-a-102-error/p1?new=1
I know that you're not receiving the 102 error per se, but I do want to make sure that you've at least attempted to connect the account later on in the day just to make sure that the known issue isn't impacting your ability to do so.
