Chase Missing Transactions

Hi All - My chase credit card randomly is not uploading my April transactions.  The rest are uploaded correctly.  A refresh isn't doing it.  Other than manually typing these in, any thoughts on solutions?

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Community!

When you originally connect to your bank in Simplifi, you'll usually only get 90 days' worth of transactions -- is this the case with your situation, or did the account randomly not download a whole months' worth of transactions?

Besides manually entering the transactions, you do also have the option to import the transactions from a CSV file. More details and the steps to do so can be found here: http://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4413430-how-to-import-transactions
