Not able to connect BlueBird account
Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Bluebird by American Express in Simplifi.
Would you mind clarifying the issue a bit, please? Are you experiencing a problem when attempting to originally add the account to Simplifi, or is this occurring on an existing account? Are you receiving a specific error message, or is it that transactions aren't downloading or your balance is incorrect, etc.?

The error received is:
We are unable to connect to Bluebird by American Express at this time.

Upon researching this a bit further, it looks like Bluebird by American Express is actually blocking us, which is the cause of the 155 error. We don't currently have an ETA on a resolution, however, we do recommend trying again at a later time, preferably outside of peak hours. More details on a 155 error can be found here.

Unfortunately, we don't make any credit card or financial institution recommendations, however, if you have a bank in mind, I'd be more than happy to let you know if they're supported.
