Bank of North Dakota Student Loans login broken

Your login for Bank of North Dakota Student Loans has been broken for several months. They changed their URL for student loans to connect.bnd.nd.gov in early 2020. This is a large private student lender, reaching far outside of ND. They service over $1.1 billion in student loans.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Bank of North Dakota in Simplifi.

Upon researching this a bit further, it looks like Bank of North Dakota Student Loans with a URL of https://connect.bnd.nd.gov/auth/login is not currently supported in Simplifi. This is most likely due to the bank using a different URL for Student Loan accounts specifically, so the existing option listed in Simplifi would not support these types of accounts.

With that being said, do you only hold Student Loan accounts with Bank of North Dakota, or are you seeing this when attempting to add/update other account types? If you're seeing this with non-Student Loan accounts, is the issue occurring with existing accounts in Simplifi, or when attempting to add the accounts for the first time? Do you receive a specific error message?

In regards to the Student Loan accounts not being supported, this connection has been requested, but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to establish it. Sadly, I don't have any kind of ETA to provide, however, I definitely suggest following our Updates From the Product Team category to be notified when new banks are added to Simplifi.
