[RESOLVED] 9/8/21: Fidelity returns a 101 error

We are seeing a rise in 101 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Fidelity in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    If you're receiving a 101 error when attempting to add or update your Fidelity accounts in Simplifi, we do suggest that you wait until after 3:00 PM PST and then attempt to add or update the accounts once again.

    We appreciate everyone's patience as this is being worked on!
