Mobile App - Poor Scrolling Performance

Instances of scrollable lists such as Payee or Category within the app are often very temperamental as far as registering touch and actually scrolling. Usually, it will take several swipes for the scrolling action to register.

Does anyone else experience this, or is it just me?

    Hello @purdnost,

    Thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!

    Although other Users may come along with some feedback on this, I personally don't experience any issues when scrolling on the Mobile App. It may be your device itself, and you may also consider clearing the App's cache, in addition to uninstalling and reinstalling the Simplifi Mobile App.

    I do know that we're working on the touch sensitivity of the Mobile App, as we've found that it sometimes takes a few clicks to open things, so this may be partly what you're experiencing. I'm not sure when we can expect to see these improvements rolled out, but hopefully they'll help out with what you're experiencing as well!
