Mobile App - “1 account needs attention”

Whenever I do a fresh open of the app, the message “1 account needs attention” alongside a button that says “Fix It” appears on the dashboard, below the pinned banking module. It appears only for a second before it disappears.

    Thanks for reporting this to the Community!

    It's possible that while your accounts are refreshing upon opening the App, that one of them may be returning an error, which subsequently clears itself. Have you been able to identify which account the message is referring to, by chance? Also, have you tried clicking "Fix It", and if so, what happens?

    The message disappears after about 1.5 seconds, after the app has initialized. When I tap on the message itself, nothing happens, and when I tap on “Fix It” I’m taken to the manual accounts list. So, I’m unable to pinpoint the account.

    Thanks for clarifying!

    After discussing this with my Team, we've determined that you're likely seeing this due to an issue with aggregation that is able to subsequently clear itself up. Since this message isn't preventing your accounts from updating or preventing you from using Simplifi, and since it clears itself up so quickly, we've determined that it's most likely not a bug.
