Issues with connection to Guideline (401k) - Care Code: FDP-101 (edited to include error)

Originally i connected my Guideline account which is a 401k vendor
This week it's been unable to connect. Have disconnected and attempted to reconnect
Now gives a error: Care Code: FDP-101

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Guideline in Simplifi.

    A 101 error is a generic error that will usually resolve itself. With that being said, we do ask that you allow at least 48 hours to see if the issue resolves itself; more details on a 101 error can be found here.
