Mobile App - Account Totals Way Off

My checking and credit card totals in the mobile app are not correct. I’ve gone through all of the transactions and what I have in the app matches what’s on my actual accounts… the totals are just off. Checking is off by over $800 and my credit card is off by over $250. What would cause this to happen?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing this on the Mobile App.

    Just to make sure that I'm on the same page, are you referring to the balance of your individual accounts being off? If so, are you seeing the same incorrect balances displayed on the Web App as well? 

    If you're only seeing this on the Mobile App, I would suggest fully signing out and back into the App so that everything syncs and refreshes properly.
