    UPDATED 9/21/21

It looks like all impacted FIs are under the Service Provider "Loan Administration", so any accounts under this Provider are returning an error when attempting to add or update them in Simplifi.

If you're seeing this issue in Simplifi, we suggest contacting your financial institution directly.

    Thank you!

Please note: At this time, we are being blocked by multiple mortgage companies. Unfortunately, we don't have a list to provide of the various banks, nor do we have a resolution in sight. If a mortgage company is blocking us, you'll receive a 155 error when attempting to connect in Simplifi.

At this time, nothing further can be done from our end, however, we do suggest contacting your bank directly to make them aware of the issue.

This issue has been added to our list of Known Issues. We apologize for any inconvenience!
