Sarasota County bill connect

I think the Sarasota county scgov.net recently migrated their online payments to a new service called Paymentus. I was not able to do a bill connect, I wanted to ask if there might be a work-around?

Thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Sarasota County Utilities in Simplifi.

Upon researching this, it appears that this Biller is not currently supported, sadly. They may become supported at some point in the future, however, there is no ETA or guarantee on when that may happen.

Is there anything I can do help with adding support for this biller? (Submit a feature request, or does go on a to-do list somewhere?)
I totally understand there probably thousand of different billers out there and Sarasota county is probably very small in terms of user base.

Hello @Steve86,

That's a great question!

Thus far, we haven't received a whole lot of Biller requests (or issues for that matter) posted in the Community, so we don't quite have an official process yet. I do see that someone else requested a Biller in our Report Missing Financial Institution section (https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/1907/biller-add-avail-co-to-list-edited/p1?new=1), so this is definitely something that you can do as well.

With your particular Biller, it looks like the connection is potentially already being worked on, but it definitely doesn't hurt to make an official request, and then the Idea post can be updated accordingly as we receive updates.
