Care Code: FDP-108 when I try to link my TD Ameritrade account

I am trying to link my TD Ameritrade account and I get that error when I try to log in, I know that my username and password is correct, it says that I have to do something on the website but I do not know what to do. Can anyone help me with this?

    Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving a 108 error with TD Ameritrade in Simplifi.

    A 108 error indicates that there is some form of messaging or pop-up window that needs to be acknowledged or bypassed with your bank in order to connect in Simplifi. If you don't see this when signing into your bank's website as you normally do, we suggest trying from a different browser or in incognito mode, as well as checking your bank's mobile app, if this is something that you use.
