Need Account Deleted

I tried the Free Trial. I quit the free trial. I no longer am interested in Simplifi.

However, I'm still getting emails from simplifi regarding my bank account activity. I don't feel Simplifi should still be connected to my bank after my free trial is over!

The worst part is, since my trial is over, I cannot even access my account preferences to unlink my bank or turn off my emails!

I need my account data for simplifi unlinked from my bank and deleted, and I need my email preferences set to no longer receive emails.

Can someone assist?

    Thanks for posting your request to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're still receiving email Notifications from Simplifi.

    I have gone ahead and deleted your Simplifi dataset, which is all of the data that you've input into the program, so this should clear up the emails that you're seeing. If any marketing emails come through, however, you'll want to opt-out here
