I wish there was a way to color code the accounts so you can better follow/read them on Projected Cash Flow chart... I know it's from left to right  anyways, but colors would make it easier too... All I see is blue dots for bills/accounts, and Green for deposits.

    Hello @dave8986,

Thank you for posting your feedback to the Community!

It sounds like Simplifi may already offer exactly what you're looking for in the Upcoming section on the Web App! Here, you'll see a 'Cash Flow' tab that will give you a Projected Cash Flow chart for all of your accounts, and each of the accounts is color-coded. You can also customize the chart to view just the accounts that you'd like, etc. More details on this can be found here.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any questions!

  • Natalie,

Thanks for the update, I've used Quickbooks 2017 for a while, but I love how this is accessible through the web and application.  I'm definitely sticking to this application forever! I have a few more recommendations that I'll submit later on.  One of them will be with adding new recurring bills issue, when you create a new category rule, it adds the payment to your forecast without closing the window, and you don't get a notification that the rule has been created. Not knowing this, when you click create it adds it a second time.
