New Planned Spending Not Updating

I added a couple new items to my Spending Plan and they are blinking gray since last night.

    Hello @leinhto,

    Thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I apologize that you're experiencing this behavior in Simplifi.

    To clarify, is this occurring on the Simplifi Mobile App specifically? If so, I would suggest fully signing out and back into the App to see if doing so helps to clear things up. If the issue persists, I'd then suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Mobile App, while performing a device reboot in between.

    Thanks for posting back!

    To clarify, are you referring to the Simplifi Web App on a mobile browser only? If so, have you tried in incognito mode, as well as in desktop mode? I would still suggest also fully signing out and back into both the Mobile and Web Apps to see if doing so helps. 

    Additionally, have you tried deleting and recreating the Planned Spending Items in question, by chance? If not, I would suggest giving it a try! :smile:
