Cannot add Navy Federal

When attempting to link my NFCU account via the web app, I am able to complete the login and 2SV process, but receive a dialog box error stating, "You have already added all your accounts at this bank."

My account is new. NFCU has never been linked to my account.

I attempted to link using the mobile (iOS) app, but I get "We are unable to connect to your institution at this time. Please try again later."

    Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Navy FCU in Simplifi.

    It looks like we're definitely seeing an issue with the connection from our end as well, and I'd like to go ahead and get this escalated but will need a bit more information from you first. Please provide me with the account type(s) that you're attempting to add, as well as the account nickname(s) -- if you'd prefer, you are more than welcome to DM me this information for privacy purposes. :smile:
