Zero balance on Interactive Brokers accounts

I'm aware that there was a forum post from Dec 2020 on the issue with Interactive Brokers accounts showing zero balance in Simplifi. That topic is closed, and no new information has been posted. Is there any news?

    Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue, and welcome to the Community!

    Sadly, the issue with Interactive Brokers accounts displaying a $0 balance is still ongoing. I apologize for any confusion that the Alert has caused, however, you'll see the status of the Alert in the title:

    Additionally, when an update has been received on a known issue, or when we've reached a resolution, the Alert will be updated accordingly. With that being said, I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing this issue in Simplifi, and I would definitely suggest following the associated Alert for updates.
