We found a new recurring item!

Is there a way to find out which item they are referring to?

For example, I'm seeing this alert right now:



That's pretty vague considering our Simplifi is managing 6+ Paypal accounts and there could be multiple $25 transactions in each account.

I like this feature's intent, but it doesn't help if I can't figure out which transaction it's for.

If anyone can help it would be greeeeeaaaaatly appreciated. :)

    Hello @DonnaB,

    That's a great question!

    Unfortunately, your guess would be as good as ours as to what specific item it's referring to. You may consider adding the item and then checking the Recurring section under Settings>Recurring to get more details about it. 

    I agree that it would be nice to see more details on these -- even just seeing what account it's for would be really helpful. With that being said, I'd suggest creating an Idea post outlining the specific changes that you'd like to see made in this particular area of the program so that other Users can vote on it and our Product Team can review it.
