Four County Electric Bill connection is Timing out on intial connect attempt.

Four County Electric Membership Corporation
https://billing.fourcty.org/oscp/OnlineServices/FeaturesLogin/tabid/134/Default.aspxRequest timed out. Make sure you can login on this biller's website, and then try again.
If I click the link in the connection page ( I understand this might be different then the URL used to connect) there is a DNN error page, but I can goto the main login page manually and login fine.

    Hello @Jrmclean,

    Thank you for reporting this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to connect to one of your Billers in Simplifi.

    When researching this particular Biller a bit further, it looks like Four County Electric is not currently supported in Simplifi, unfortunately. They may become available at some point in the future, however, I'm not sure if or when that would take place.

    Sorry I don't have better news!

    wanted to followup on this, there is a biller listed in Simplifi as suppported as: Four County Electric Membership Corporation. with this link list on the simplifi window:

    However it will return error when trying to connect and looks like they changed the page needed to login, so looks like it just needs to be updated to the latest URL?

    Hello @Jrmclean,

    Thanks for posting back with some additional information!

    Although Four County Electric Membership is listed in Simplifi as a Biller, it is not currently supported so you won't be able to connect. It looks like our Service Provider may be working on establishing this connection, however, we don't have any kind of ETA to provide as to if or when we may see it in Simplifi.

    I'm sorry that I don't have a better answer for you!
