Thanks for reporting this to the Community -- how weird!
Would you mind also providing a screenshot of the Recurring Bill that the Notification is referring to so that our Team has a reference point? You can locate this under Settings>Recurring, and then you'll want to click the three dots at the end of the Recurring Bill and select "Edit series", and then grab a screenshot of the window that opens.
