Hi,

I am receiving the following error message when trying to add Guaranteed Rate Home Servicing (mortgage provider):

We are unable to connect to Guaranteed Rate Home Servicing at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: to.100

What does this error code mean?

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Guaranteed Rate Home Servicing in Simplifi.

    A to.100 error indicates that the connection is timing out before we're able to successfully connect with the bank. These errors typically resolve themselves after 48 hours, so hopefully you're able to get the account added within the next few days, but please be sure to let me know if you're still seeing an issue at the end of the week.
