Sort problem connections to the top of Account List

When there is a connection problem with an institution, I see the alert on the main dashboard, and I see that the broken-link institution is highlighted in yellow. But it would be nice to have those problems sort to the top of the list, so you can see quickly which are the problems, rather than having to scroll down until you find them all. Mint's account view does this.
