recurring transaction frequency

All of my newspaper subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks not once per month, meaning the expected payments are gradually past due because the billing keeps coming up earlier in the month. I know I can schedule using monthly frequency and select next billing date but I have to keep changing the next billing date.  Boston Globe, Seattle Times, and the New York Times all bill on this 4 week frequency.  Can this be an enhancement? Or allow a series of custom dates?

Although I'm not sure if this will include an 'Every 4-week' option, I hope that it does, and I feel that it would definitely make sense to. I also don't have an ETA on when we can expect to see the enhancements, however, the above-referenced Idea post can be followed for updates.
