Incorrect holdings/data with Fidelity (edited)

Fidelity has been pushing out the incorrect data. Ticker Symbol for their 401k holdings since as far back as I can remember. The funds in the 401k are not publicly traded, and do not have ticker symbols, only fund names. The auto downloads still bring in the correct number of shares, but seem to apply a ticker symbol from another publicly traded company. This makes the investments section of Simplifi useless because it shows holdings that we do not have in our account. Please contact them and have them fix this on going issue. I've given up after 15 years of requests falling on deaf ears. Everyone wants our annual subscription dollars, but nobody wants to fix the problems.

Hello @bobluck,
Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing incorrect holdings displayed in Simplifi.
I went ahead and moved this out of the Feedback/Requests section, as this actually sounds like something that needs to be escalated. With that being said, I'd be happy to get this reported so that our Team can research what's going on, but do need to gather a bit more info from you.
First, please provide me with the name of the account that this is occurring with, as it appears in Simplifi. Next, are the incorrect holdings affecting the Market Value of the account in the Investments section? And what about the balance displayed for the account in the Accounts List -- is the balance being reported correctly here?
We will also need to see screenshots of the holdings and balance displayed for the account on the bank's website, as well as the holdings and balance displayed for the account in Simplifi, specifying which particular holdings are incorrect. You can either share those here, DM them to me, or I can email you a link to our Secure File Exchange -- just let me know!
